en Cuevana. How did François Hollande, elected President of the Republic in 2012, who had never been a minister before and therefore had little experience in international relations, tackle major foreign policy issues when he became head of state? For the first time, a president of the Republic agrees to reveal what goes on behind the scenes, his personal relationships with his counterparts.
