It begins when Farhan goes to Palu, Indonesia to aid earthquake victims without telling Mariam the real reason. He has left Mariam, who is pregnant, without his knowledge. During her husband's absence, many things have happened to Mariam that have caused her suffering. And more heartbreaking is when Farhan returns in a condition where he does not remember who Mariam is by his side.
